And it didn't even hurt. Dottyral blogs about great indie finds on Etsy. She found me and liked me and that makes me smile.
The community on Etsy is wonderful. Because when I found out about being blogged, I had to see who she was. You know what? I discovered a new favorite too. Her pincushions take sewing and make it hip. Got to love that! Check our her store HERE.

Color, glorious color!

If you love color, you can appreciate the joy of a new box of crayola crayons. I can remember pulling out my favorites and wanting to just have them with me. I couldn't take the chance they might go missing. But of course, taking it away from the box was a sure bet they would.

Claudia loves color too. Like her bracelets?

I found something a while back that brings me the new box of crayons feeling. It doesn't quite smell the same, but I bet you'll love it too.

Fashion Trends and Keeping Up

Have I got a find for you! I love fashion, but I'll admit I don't always find the time for a fashion update. You too? I have found the blog for us. Pictures, ideas and a quick synopsis of today's latest trends in one easy read. Perfect!

Give Me Some Sugar!

Our first photo shoot didn't quite go as I had imagined. Knowing we were going to take her first blog picture, Claudia felt the need to play it safe. When I asked about her outfit she said "It's Monday." OK, fair enough.

I do love the colors in her shirt. I think I can work with that.

Now about that hair.... :D

And so it begins....

Like many little girls, Claudia loved to change her clothes. Often. At first I thought her style was whatever she could reach. But I learned she had a determination behind her outfits. I would suggest a change and she would look at me as if I were crazy. I know, hard to believe a 3 year old could do such a thing. But,you don't know Claudia.... yet.

I marvel at my daughter's outfits. At first glance you can't believe the combination. After a moment you begin to see the flow. After a while, you see her style. It is quite captivating at times and just plain funky at others.
